Accept or decline my own assignment
POST/ministries/me/assignments/:assignmentId/respond
Idempotent (design section 2.12): responding with the status the assignment already has returns 200 with no second response row, so a double tap on a phone is harmless. A decline reopens the gap and enqueues a decline_alert for the coordinators (section 3.6) - which a coordinator-recorded decline on the other surface deliberately does not. Answering for someone else is 403, never 404.
