The active calendar event types a schedule may follow
GET/ministries/event-types
Served on the ministries surface because a portal team leader (a self-service login) cannot reach /api/events/types. defaultEventTypeId is the type a ministry's new event starts with (D31): the one Admin → Ministry Settings names, else the type named Other, else null.
