Who I may offer as my substitute
GET/ministries/me/assignments/:assignmentId/substitutes
The picker behind section 5.6's Find a sub. Deliberately narrower than the coordinator's /eligible: it excludes the caller and anyone already holding this position on this occurrence - the exact two cases propose-substitute refuses - so the picker can never offer a name the server will then reject. 403, never 404, for someone else's assignment.
