Delete a position and everything that references it
DELETE/ministries/positions/:positionId
Removes the position's qualifications (revoked ones included), staffing requirements and assignments, service history included, in one transaction. Deactivate the position instead to keep its history (design §2.6). On a team linked to a Sunday School class, anybody left with no active qualification in the team leaves the class's Teacher role (D23).
