Drop this occurrence's overrides so it follows the schedule again
DELETE/ministries/occurrences/:occurrenceId/requirements
The 'use the schedule's needs' reset. Nothing was ever copied from the schedule at generation time — the merge is derived on every read (section 2.10) — so removing the override rows is the whole of the reset, and the occurrence immediately reflects the schedule's current plan, including requirements added long after it was generated.
