Read one occurrence with its effective times and effective requirements
GET/ministries/occurrences/:occurrenceId
The reported start and end are the anchored calendar event's, moved by the schedule's offsets (null once the event was deleted); the requirements are the occurrence's own overrides merged over the schedule's templates.
