Calendars the caller may pin an event of a ministry to

/calendars/pinnable

Volunteer v2 (D25). With the global AddEvent right, every calendar. Without it, the ministry's own calendar and the church calendars an administrator opened to that ministry, when the caller manages the ministry; otherwise none. The event editor offers exactly these.
