One email from the signed-in member's own history, with its body
GET/portal/me/emails/:id
The row is returned only when it was addressed to the acting member. Somebody else's row and an id that does not exist are the same 404, so a member cannot learn that an email exists by asking for it. The body is null for the email classes that never store one (account emails carrying a password or a one-time link).
