Whether a person may sign in to the Member Portal, and why not (EditRecords role required)
GET/person/:personId/sign-in
What the person page's Portal sign-in card shows: the blocks for everyone, the member rule and the email rule, Disable sign-in, the last sign-in, and how many devices and passkeys the person has. The administrator's reason for Disable sign-in is returned to administrators only.
